Finance Business Partner | JOHANNESBURG, GP

Hire Resolve is seeking a highly analytical Finance Business Partner to join a leading industrial minerals group. Based at the Head Office, you will be responsible for driving the business partnering strategy with a heavy focus on budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analytics.

Key Performance Areas:

•  Budgeting & Forecasting: Manage and continuously improve the group-wide budget and forecast processes. 
  

•  Business Analytics: Analyze business results, proactively investigate variances, and provide decision support for senior management.

•  Operational Finance: Oversee variable product costing, stock valuations, and raw material reconciliations. 
  

•  Project Support: Assess and validate CAPEX feasibility and analyze new business opportunities. 
  

•  Reporting: Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and perform complex financial modelling.

    
  

Requirements:

•  Education: B.Comm Accounting or Financial Management Honours (CIMA or CA(SA) is highly advantageous). 
  

•  Experience: 3+ years in a similar role within a production or manufacturing environment.

•  Technical Skills: Excellent MS Excel skills (formulas and Pivot tables); experience with Business Intelligence software (IBM Cognos/TM1) is beneficial.

•  Travel: Must be willing to travel to various operations as required.
