A well-established and growing property management company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Portfolio Manager to join its team. This role is ideal for a driven professional with strong knowledge of community scheme management, sectional title and HOA environments, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: 
✅ Relevant qualification in Property Management, Real Estate, or Business Administration.
✅ Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) in good standing with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority.
✅ 3–5 years’ experience managing sectional title and/or HOA portfolios.
✅ Strong understanding of property legislation and compliance frameworks.
✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills.
✅ Proficiency in property management software and MS Office.
✅ Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
