Payroll Administrator Job Specification

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Administrator to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have strong mathematical skills, be proficient in using payroll software, and have experience processing payroll for a large number of employees. The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing payroll for our employees, handling any payroll-related inquiries, and maintaining accurate payroll records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for employees on a bi-weekly/monthly basis
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all payroll transactions
- Calculate and input employee hours, bonuses, overtime, and deductions
- Handle any payroll-related inquiries from employees or management
- Verify and reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records
- Stay up-to-date on payroll laws and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 2+ years of experience working in payroll administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software (e.g. ADP, Paychex)
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
