Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and analytical professional to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying investment opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving growth through sound financial analysis and strong stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and strategic partnerships.

  • Organize and participate in networking events, conferences, and industry forums to establish and strengthen professional networks.

  • Assess the financial health and potential risks of targeted companies through comprehensive due diligence.

  • Create detailed financial models, including revenue projections, cost analysis, risk assessment, and return calculations to guide investment decisions.

  • Draft comprehensive investment reports that communicate findings, risks, and potential returns to stakeholders.

  • Structure and negotiate viable financing solutions with targeted companies to optimize returns based on associated risk.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the broader SME market.

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of client portfolios.

  • Stay informed on industry regulations, market dynamics, and economic trends to adapt investment strategies accordingly.


Requirements

  • BCom degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business-related fields.

  • Minimal level of Financial Accounting 2 or equivalent.

  • 2 or more years of experience in investment, finance, or a related role.

  • Experience in auditing, banking, financial accounting, and/or sales and marketing is advantageous.

  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

  • Results-focused, analytical, and possess a strong financial background.
