A dynamic Financial Services company is seeking a highly professional and proactive Receptionist/Office Administrator with strong administrative and front-desk management skills to join their team in Bryanston. This is an exciting opportunity for a well-presented and resourceful individual to be the first point of contact, efficiently manage communications and diaries, and provide essential support for internal operations and marketing events. Responsibilities:
- Serving as the professional and reliable initial point of contact for all visitors and external parties, ensuring the main reception area runs seamlessly.
- Efficiently managing all incoming and outgoing communications, including directing phone calls and handling written correspondence.
- Taking charge of internal and external meeting logistics, including proactively managing and updating the corporate schedule and diaries.
- Providing crucial administrative assistance for promotional and client-facing events, which includes managing attendee lists and capturing necessary data.
- Executing essential daily administrative tasks, such as basic data entry and providing general operational support as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a reception, office administration, or similar front-desk role.
- Marketing skills are considered a plus.
- Strong competency in Microsoft Office applications is mandatory (Excel: General proficiency (e.g., managing lists, basic data aggregation), and PowerPoint: Basic proficiency is a plus)
- Must be confident, resourceful, proactive, and possess strong problem-solving skills (ability to think on your feet).
- Ability to handle information with confidentiality and professionalism.
