Responsibilities
Liaising with clients
Preparing quotations
Issuing new policies, renewals, and endorsements
Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and internal stakeholders
Recording details and information on the relevant systems
General office assistance and administration
Requirements
Grade 12
Fully computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
NQF 4 Short-term Insurance Certificate
RE5 Certificate
Class of Business & Product Training completed
Minimum of 10 years’ short-term insurance experience in commercial lines
Experience on Tial, Santam Policy Centre, and OMI systems (essential)
DOFA confirmation from FSCA
