A leading industrial group with a diverse portfolio in mining and manufacturing is seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Finance Business Partner to join its high-performing team. This is a strategic role focused on driving financial excellence, enabling informed decision-making, and supporting business growth across multiple operations.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: 
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
✅ CA(SA), CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification (advantageous)
✅ 5–8 years’ experience in a Finance Business Partnering or commercial finance role
✅ Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
✅ Exposure to mining, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is highly advantageous
✅ Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency
