Senior Portfolio Manager | Pretoria

Hire Resolve is looking for a seasoned Senior Portfolio Manager to manage a high-value property portfolio in Pretoria. This role is ideal for a property specialist with over a decade of experience in Sectional Title and Homeowners’ Association (HOA) management who can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Portfolio Management: Oversee all aspects of a dedicated Sectional Title and HOA portfolio.

• Legal Compliance: Ensure full adherence to the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act (STSMA) and CSOS requirements.

• Advisory & Liaison: Act as a strategic consultant to Trustees and Directors, attending meetings and providing expert guidance.

• Financial Oversight: Manage the financial health of the schemes, including budget monitoring and financial reporting.

Requirements:

• Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in Sectional Title and HOA portfolio management.

• Systems: Advanced proficiency in the WeConnectU system is a non-negotiable requirement.

• Knowledge: Deep understanding of the STSMA and relevant property legislation.

• Qualifications: Relevant property management certification or degree preferred.

• Bilingual: Afrikaans and English Fluent (Must)
• Travel: Must have own vehicle and license, and willing to travel for after hours meetings as and when needed (Overtime available)
