A well-established manufacturing organisation is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised HR / Payroll Administrator to join its team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong administrative skills, solid payroll knowledge, and a passion for supporting people and processes

โ Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Payroll, or Administration
โ 3โ5 yearsโ experience in a similar HR and payroll role
โ Sound knowledge of South African labour legislation and payroll processes
โ Experience with payroll systems and strong Excel skills
โ High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
โ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
