A well-established international organisation specialising in enhancing customer journeys, travel assistance, and loyalty programmes is looking for a Back Office Team Lead to ensure smooth and efficient back-office operations.
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
โ Minimum 3โ5 yearsโ experience in back-office operations, administration, customer service, or support environments.
โ At least 1โ2 yearsโ supervisory or team leadership experience.
โ Experience in a fast-paced, service-driven or contact centre environment is advantageous.
โ Exposure to quality assurance, reporting, or process improvement is preferred.
