A well-established manufacturing organisation is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised HR / Payroll Administrator to join its team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong administrative skills, solid payroll knowledge, and a passion for supporting people and processes

โœ… Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Payroll, or Administration
โœ… 3โ€“5 yearsโ€™ experience in a similar HR and payroll role
โœ… Sound knowledge of South African labour legislation and payroll processes
โœ… Experience with payroll systems and strong Excel skills
โœ… High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
โœ… Strong communication and interpersonal skills
